Lore Friendly Police Pack v2 Patrol Fleet

Lore Friendly Police Pack v2 is a ready patrol fleet for a city police department. Instead of building a motor pool one car at a time, you get a spread of police vehicles under 13 spawn codes, all set up the same way: addon sounds, working police lighting that can be removed, and two unit liveries on each one. It suits a server launching its LSPD and BCSO, or one that wants a matching fleet instead of a mix of styles from different sources.

Rolling it out to the department
